When Patchwork Conversations launched in January 2023, it was born out of a recognized need: a space where Asian therapists could come together to navigate the unique challenges of supporting Asian clients in the wake of the pandemic and the rise of anti-Asian racism. Over three years, we built something meaningful — honest conversations, deep connections and the courage to sit with the difficult dilemmas that live at the intersection of our identities.
